The European Patent Attorneys of df-mp are registered at the European Patent Office and are members of the Institute of Professional Representatives at the European Patent Office (EPI). They are subject to the following professional rules:

Conduct Guidelines of the Institute of Professional Representatives admitted to practice at the European Patent Office;
Rules of the Administrative Council of the European Patent Office concerning disciplinary matters;
Code of Professional Conduct of the International Federation of Patent Attorneys (FICPI).
