Dr. Oetke is authorized to represent clients before the German Patent and Trademark Office (GPTO), the German Federal Patent Court (FPC) as well as the Office of Harmonization for the Internal Market (OHIM).
Practice Areas :
Dr. Oetke has been active in the field of intellectual property since she joined df-mp in 2008. Her scientific background lies in immunology, glycobiology, molecular biology, and biochemistry.
Dr. Oetke's practice focuses on prosecution, opposition and litigation matters and validity opinions concerning German and European patents in the areas of biotechnology, pharmaceutical agents and formulations, diagnostic assays and medical applications. Her practice furthermore includes the preparation of freedom-to-operate opinions.
