Oliver Schulz has been active in the field of intellectual property since he joined df-mp in 2004.
As a patent attorney, Mr. Schulz is a member of the firms’ strong practice in the electrical and mechanical arts. His practice focuses on drafting and prosecution of patent applications, opposition and nullity proceedings, in particular in the areas of medical technology, optics, and telecommunications. A further aspect of his practice is the preparation of patent infringement and validity opinions in the course of freedom-to-operate analyses and due diligence projects.
Oliver Schulz is also a member of the firm’s trademark and design practice. Thus, his practice also involves the prosecution and opposition of European and German trademarks and designs as well as their enforcement and defence.
